I help you cut through the noise and make sense of your symptoms so you can start supporting your body in a way that actually makes a difference.

If you’re looking for quick fixes or another list of things to eliminate, I’m probably not the gal for you.

I had a list of symptoms as long as my arm.

Acne, bloating, nausea, headaches, weight gain, fatigue, PMS, painful periods, mood swings, brain fog, cravings…

Yet every time I had tests done I was told everything was “normal.”

That it was probably just stress. That it’s something most women deal with. That the pill would help.

I exercised regularly, ate well and genuinely cared about my health.

But no matter what I tried, nothing seemed to change. And that was the most frustrating part. I felt like I was doing everything “right” and I was still left feeling rubbish for most of the month.

A few years later, I was diagnosed with PCOS and Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. And whilst I felt relieved to finally be taken seriously…

I was told my options were still the same.

Go on the pill. PCOS is really common. Come back when you want to get pregnant.

I knew that wasn’t enough.

My symptoms were taking over my life. And so much of my headspace was spent planning around them or worrying they’d never improve.

So I decided to do something about it.

I trained as a Registered Nutritional Therapist founded in Functional Medicine and everything finally started to make sense. It was like the puzzle pieces finally clicked into place.

I understood why I had those symptoms. What was going on in my body. And where it actually needed support.

Within a year, my symptoms had completely changed.

I finally felt like I had me back.

And now I help women do the same.
